The use of this website is provided subject to the following TERMS AND CONDITIONS that are valid between you and Final Decade (may be referred to as “us” and “we”). The Terms and Conditions apply to all use of and orders placed on website finaldecade.cc (may be referred to as “site” and “website”).

In visiting or using the service on finaldecade.cc site you are AGREEING to be legally bound by the following Terms and Conditions, which shall take effect immediately on your first use of the site. If you do not agree with the Terms and Conditions, please do not use the site and the service.

The LANGUAGE of the Terms and Conditions is English.

All material on the site is the PROPERTY of Final Decade, unless otherwise stated. Unless otherwise stated, you may not copy, reproduce, download, post, sell, resell, exploit, alter, create a derivative work, make available to the public, or otherwise use Final Decade content, products, service, or items in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial use.

The site, service and all content made available is provided “as is”. We cannot promise that the INFORMATION on the site is free of inaccuracies or typographical errors, or up-to-date. We may, at any time, amend the content of the site. Part of the services provided through the site are maintained by third party operators and we cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting from their activities.

Our LIABILITIES to you are limited in each separate case to these Terms and Conditions. We assume in no case any liability for indirect damages such as loss of profit or in case of any force majeure. Our liabilities to you will never exceed your total purchase amount for each order. In case of force majeure, our obligations will be suspended. The contract between you and us can, in such cases, be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by us.

Please note that we DO NOT GUARANTEE that all products presented on our website are in stock or are available for purchase. We reserve our right to stop selling a product. Orders can only be placed by persons that are 18 years or older.

We also reserve the right to REVISE these Terms and Conditions at any time. The date of the latest update is found in the final section of the Terms and Conditions. Users are responsible for keeping themselves updated with such changes. Please note that the terms and conditions valid for your order is always the terms and conditions that is in effect as of the time that you place your order and not a later version. You should keep a copy of these Terms and Conditions for future reference.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be GOVERNED by and construed in accordance with the laws of EU.

The LATEST UPDATE of these Terms and Conditions was made in January, 2020.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

When you ORDER, your inbox fills with two emails when we have fully processed your order. You’ll get an Order Confirmation when the order has been received and a Shipping Confirmation when the order has been accepted and sent.

Please note that all orders placed by you are subject to ACCEPTANCE by us. We may, at our discretion, choose not to accept your order for any reason whatsoever without any liability to you. Please note that the Order Confirmation e-mail is only an acknowledgement that we have received your order and is not an acceptance of the order.

Please note that we do not guarantee that all products presented on our online shop are AVAILABLE and in stock at the time of your order. If the item is unavailable, we will contact you shortly by e-mail.

Orders will be SHIPPED asap, usually in 2-3 business days. If we fail to deliver within 30 days, you may have the right to cancel the purchase.

SHIPPING COSTS will be added to all orders. For one item the cost of shipping to EU countries is 10 € and countries outside of EU 15 €.

If you order outside EU, there may be CUSTOM DUTIES AND TAXES that you need to take care of.

PRICES are in euros (€) and include VAT of 24% regardless of the shipping address. We reserve the right to change the prices.

PAYMENTS via Stripe.

You can RETURN your purchased items within 14 days from the date you received them. No questions asked. The items must be unused and in the original packaging. You have to pay for the shipping, no free returns at this time, sorry. We don’t pay shipping costs for uncollected packages either.

After we have received and accepted the returned items, we will issue a REFUND following your method of payment. Refund times depend on your credit or debit card company.

If you would like to EXCHANGE the item for another item or size, you must ask for a return from contact@finaldecade.cc and make a new purchase. The original items should be returned within 14 days of the request for exchange.

PRIVACY POLICY

We believe PRIVACY is a human right. We have instituted strict policies and security measures to protect the information you provide us.

DATA SUBJECTS are the customers of our webshop and persons signed-up for our mailing list.

Customer Information is generally used to fulfill orders (payments, shipping, invoices and order confirmations), to communicate with you, and to provide you with information relating to our products.

We SHARE your personal information only when we need to. This happens with the third parties that help us run the business, such as the website service, payment service, and analytics service. We may share your personal information to comply with laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, a search warrant, or other lawful request for information.

You mean a lot to us. When you subscribe to our mailing list or place an order through our site, we will RETAIN your Customer Information data for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

When we see a DO NOT TRACK signal from your browser we don’t alter our site’s data collection and use practices.

If you are a European resident, you have the RIGHT to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted.
